Our customers have the ability to register on our web site and can make their invoice payments online at any time.
 
To Register

  1. Select "register" in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. You will be taken to the Create an Online Shopper Login page.
  3. Fill in all the required fields of information.
  4. Click the Submit button.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation that we received your request.
  6. Our online team will process your request and send you a second email with your log in information.

To Make Payments

  1. Select "log in" in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Enter your email address and password, click the Submit button.
  3. Select "Manage your account information."
  4. Under the "My Account Reports" section choose "Open A/R."
  5. You can choose a date range by using the Start Date and End Date fields or for one specific date enter it in the "Display a single AR by" field, click the Submit button.
  6. If there are open invoices they will be listed on your screen.
  7. To make a payment enter the amount you want to pay in the "Total Amount to Apply" field.
  8. Click the "Apply Payment" button.
  9. Select "Make Payment" right under the Payment Amount field.
  10. Choose a Card Type or Use New Card and then enter your name and billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. Enter your credit card number and expiration date, click PROCESS TRANSACTION.
  13. Review your payment information, if correct click the Submit button to process your payment.
  14. You will see a confirmation of the payment on the screen and you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep a copy of this payment for your records.
