How to Make Online Payments
Our customers have the ability to register on our web site and can make their payments online at any time.
To Register
- Select "register" in the upper right corner of the screen.
- You will be taken to the Create an Online Shopper Login page.
- Fill in all the required fields of information.
- Click the Submit button.
- You will receive an email confirmation that we received your request.
- Our online team will process your request and send you a second email with your log in information.
To Make Payments
- Select "log in" in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Enter your email address and password, click the Submit button.
- Select "Manage your account information."
- Under the "My Account Reports" section choose "Open A/R."
- You can choose a date range by using the Start Date and End Date fields or for one specific date enter it in the "Display a single AR by" field, click the Submit button.
- If there are open invoices they will be listed on your screen.
- To make a payment enter the amount you want to pay in the "Total Amount to Apply" field.
- Click the "Apply Payment" button.
- Select "Make Payment" right under the Payment Amount field.
- Choose a Card Type or Use New Card and then enter your name and billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
- Click Submit.
- Enter your credit card number and expiration date, click PROCESS TRANSACTION.
- Review your payment information, if correct click the Submit button to process your payment.
- You will see a confirmation of the payment on the screen and you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep a copy of this payment for your records.
