We do not market to children nor collect personal information about children at this site.

Cancellations

HCL also understands there may be times when it is necessary for you to cancel an order.  Orders can be cancelled at any time until the order is shipped.  Once an order has been shipped, the Return Policy is then in effect.  Please contact Health Care Logistics by phone at 1.800.848.1633 between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, or via the online contact form to cancel your order.  In order for us to better assist you with the order cancellation process, please have your order number available.

Payment Terms

All prices referenced on the HCL site are listed in US dollars.  All orders will have shipping charges and sales tax added, where applicable.  Our standard terms of payment are net 30 days.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.  If you have questions about our payment terms or need to make other arrangements, please contact us by phone at 1.800.848.1633 between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, or via the online contact form.

Indemnity

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HCL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third party information suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation by the USER of the foregoing terms and conditions.

Applicable Law

User agrees that any dispute or controversy regarding this Web Site User Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and construed by Ohio law and any dispute or controversy hereunder shall be prosecuted exclusively in courts located in Pickaway County, Ohio.
